Joining the Cardiff Branch of NARPO is as easy as completing the below application form and sending it  to the Branch Secretary who will process the application and arrange for the relevant deductions from your pension on an annual basis.

 

Please be aware that by using the PDF link a document will open on screen for you to print off you will not be able to type directly onto it.  By using the M.S. Wordlink a copy of the form will download itself to your computers download folder, from there you can either complete it on screen or print it off and complete by hand before forwarding to the branch secretary.
